Digital Ops Executive

Currently serve as SVP, Global Head of Digital Strategy & Innovation at SoftServe, a leading digital consulting and solutions firm, with analysts, consultants, strategists, product managers, and product and service designers in 20+ offices across North America, EMEA and APAC. I'm personally witnessed and contributed to this company growing from 4,000 associates when I started in 2014, to now more than 12,000 employees around the globe.

Global leader of this new supergroup of superpowers focused on Digital Strategy and Innovation for our customers. This includes the Business Analysis & Product Management Center of Excellence, the Experience Design Center of Excellence, the Digital Strategy Group, which includes Digital Transformation, Innovation, and Change Management services, and our proprietary Innovation Platform. This interdisciplinary team allows us a holistic and end-to-end approach to business transformation and advisory services for our customers.

Each group above carries a virtual P&L that rolls up to me and as a client facing consulting group, we continue to grow revenue above and beyond company and industry averages at 40%+ YoY with a constantly increasing profit margin.

Also managing global Digital Business Service creation, G2M strategy, operations, processes and methodologies, as well as contributing to corporate training and leadership development programs.
